1. The service
VESTBRIDGE is an online marketplace operated by Inevara Pty Ltd that connects consumers seeking financial advice with independently operating, licensed financial advisors. We are not a financial advice provider and do not provide, endorse, or guarantee any advice given by advisors listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in Australia to use this platform as a consumer. Financial advisors must hold a valid Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or be an authorised representative of an AFSL holder, or hold a valid Tax Agent Number from the Tax Practitioners Board, as applicable to their license type.
3. Not financial advice
The matching recommendations, trust scores, and advisor profiles displayed on VESTBRIDGE are for informational purposes only and do not constitute personal financial advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging any advisor. Always verify an advisor’s credentials independently via the ASIC Financial Adviser Register or the Tax Practitioners Board register.
4. User conduct
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or entity, scrape or harvest platform data, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Reviews
Reviews may only be submitted by consumers who have completed an engagement with the reviewed advisor. By submitting a review you confirm it is truthful and based on your genuine experience. VESTBRIDGE reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Inevara Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided through the platform, or from the conduct of any advisor listed on the platform.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
